About the Layout

This design is really graphic heavy. Something possessed me when I was creating this, and the colours ended up being extremely dark and moody. I used burgundies and blacks to create this mood. I took the photograph myself and manipulated the heck out of it. XD I topped it off with lyrics from the song "Stone Butterfly" by the band The Yellow Monkey. Fun, fun.

This is a pretty typical Magitek Designs layout - large content area and a side menu. I styled the menu with CSS to convert all links into those cute boxes that change on hover. I love those!
